Antonina (or Antonia) Shevchenko competes as Antonina Shevchenko is a Kyrgyzstani Muay Thai fighter for the UFC's flyweight division. She was victorious in the second round TKO after which she won 2 more fights at WXF X-Impact World Championships to achieve a record of 3-0. Shevchenko took a break from MMA in order to concentrate on boxing. She made her return with a win against Anissa haddaoui, at Phoenix FC 3, 2017. Shevchenko was able to defeat Anissa in a unanimous decision and beat Valerie Domergue on Phoenix FC 4 in 2017. She joined the Dana White Contender Series 2018 following the departure of the league. Shevchenko fought Jaimelene Nievera at Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina's striking skills were superior and allowed her to TKO Nievera via knees in the back of her. After this win, Antonina received a UFC deal. Antonina took part in her UFC debut during the TUF Heavy Hhitters Finale with Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight after winning the first fight via unanimity. Antonina returned to the ring after losing and defeated Lucie Puddilova in UFC on ESPN Covington-Lawler by rear-naked submissions in the 2nd round. The fight was awarded Antonina the prize of Fight of The Night. Shevchenko had a 1-2 record during her subsequent three matches she won against Ariane Lipski, while being defeated by Katlyn Clarkagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina is currently being knocked out by Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
