Anne Curtis Smith has received several awards in her professional career, including the two FAMAS Awards she won in 2008 and 2009, as well as the Luna Award. She is an Filipina and an Australian actress. The actress has received various awards throughout the span of her career. Additionally, she was recognized twice in the Gawad Urian Awards in addition to 8 PMPC Star Awards in the films. The role she played was Dyesebel the infamous Komiks character from Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian attorney. She was born at Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. The father of her mother was engaged to Ojales in 1982. Jasmine is her older sister. is an actress as well. Clare passed away from a heart condition in 2007, she was only four months old.
