Elena Satine

Dakota Blue Richards was born in England. She is most well-known for her roles as Lyra Belaqua on 'The Golden Compass' Franky Fitzgerald from the third Generation of British teens' drama Skins. Additionally, she has been engaged on stage and has performed in plays such as 'Arcadia' and 'A Streetcar Named Desire'. A London resident, Richards grew up in Sussex. She attended a few theater classes in her high school, but she mostly took acting lessons on the weekends. She stayed home to attend auditions. Her debut appearance onscreen as an actor came in "The Golden Compass. Richards her performance was highly praised by a large number of viewers, despite its lackluster reception to the film. The following year she debuted as a television actress in the film Dustbin Baby.
