Steven Tyler

Steven TylerThe band toured the Boston club circuit, and were advised by Frank Connelly their first manager. They then began to work with Steve Leber, David Krebs, New York managers. Their debut album, which was named "Eponymous", was released in the year 1973. They signed a recording deal in 1972. It was then followed by Get Your Wings, Toys in the Attic, Rocks and Draw the Line, which led Aerosmith into international fame and recognition. The albums produced famous hits like "Dream on", Walk This Way, "Sweet Emotion" and "Walk This Way". Aerosmith's initial five albums have also been multi-platinum as well as Toys in the Attic and Rocks are widely regarded as one of the top hard rock albums of all time. Aerosmith began to feel the effects of the fast-paced life of touring, recording, living together and using drugs as the decade went on. Due to their famous use of heroin and stimulants, Tyler and Perry were called the Toxic Twins. Their relationship is well documented in numerous Aerosmith's video albums as well as in Aerosmith Behind the Music. Tyler appeared more committed to Aerosmith, and was displeased with Perry for his indifferent attitude. Perry, on the other hand, was envious of Tyler's prioritization of females in his life. The tension between Tyler, Perry, and their once-friendly girlfriends was apparently one of the main reasons for the gradual decline of Aerosmith from 1980 onwards.
